I tried and tried to find footage that I could embed in today's post of my county sheriff and his interview with the local news regarding a manhunt that's going on right now in MY area of the county. Yeah, we're talking, literally, right down the block surrounding the elementary school where I vote at. Instead, I had to settle for a link to the website that's featuring his interview, but I've just got to say -- whew, I'm glad I voted for Florence County Sheriff Kenny Boone. This is a guy I want watching over the community (and me), and he doesn't look too bad in tactical gear either... *pant pant*
